About Me

Cisco - Engineer
I am Cisco certified CCIE network engineer and working as support engineer. I assist our customer in troubleshooting and narrow down to specific device ,supervisor and line card and feature. As per my experience , troubleshooting is an art and skills to narrow down the issue by using multiple internally built tools and external capturing tools. Most important things is to use troubleshooting skills like compare working or non working flow, track packet path or use counters. In troubleshooting, counters are your based friends to tell you the symptoms and give more information about the issue. I am going to summaries the method which I use in day to day operation to solve the issue quickly and narrow down the problem. I hope it can also help you during network outage. Best of luck. Thanks
